This chutney is most famous in south India.It goes well with Dosa
Ingredients:
2 coconuts grated
1/2 bunch coriander leaves
5 green chillies
1/2 cm Ginger
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
salt to taste
Preparation
Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste, add little water if required.
Heat some oil.
Put mustard and wait until they splutter
Then add the the grinded paste in it and fry it for 2 min
Serve this chutney with dosas.
