How to make paneer at home


Making Paneer at home is real easy here is the technique to prepare soft and fresh paneer.
1.Heat 5 cups of whole milk to boil.
2.Then lower the flame and add 3 tsp of lime juice in this.
3.Slowly slowly stir the milk so that it may not get burnt from bottom.
4.In 5 min you will notice that milk is starting curdling.
5.Keep on stirring and in another 5 min the whole fat will be separated and water will remain.
6.Now drain(using cotton cloth) water from this fat and wash it in running water so that sourness due to lime juice is washed away.
7.Now tie this cloth with paneer in it and keep it below some heavy weight for 4 hrs,so that its water is totally drained.
8.That's it,after 4 hrs open the cloth remove paneer and cut it into pieces and fry it and use it in making any paneer vegetable
