Suji Ki Kheer

Ingrediants:
3 Cups Milk
2 tsp suji
4 tsp sugar(cane sugar)
1/2 tsp crushed cardomom
10 finely cut cashews
5 finely cut badam
4-5 strands saffron

Serving:2 Persons

Methods Of Cooking:
1.Fry suji to v light brown colour.
2.Take kadhai and boil milk in it.
3.Put some cardomom in it when it is boiling.
4.Now add suji in it and continuosly stir the mixture so that no lumps are there.Simmer the flame.
5.Now add saffron strands and sugar in it.
6.Keep stiring the mixture.
7.Now switch the flame off.
8.Garnish it with cashews and badams.
9.Let the mixture cool and place it in refrigerator for 2 hrs.
10.Serve it cool and I promise you will really love this dish.
