Aaloo Tikki is one of the most common snack enjoyed in almost all parts of India.This delicious recipe is quick to prepare and lovely to eat.This is a unique snack that is loved by kids as well as adults.
Ingredients:
4 medium size boiled and mashed Potatoes(Russet).
1 1/2 inch of finely chopped ginger.
1 chopped green chilly.(optional)
1/2 tsp of red chilly powder.
1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
1/2 cup oil for frying.
4 tsp of lemon juice.
Some chopped coriander.
Salt to taste.

Preparation
1.Take mashed potatoes and add salt,chilly powder,coriander powder in it and mix well.
2.Once the mixture is well mixed make round disc of 2 inch diameter and 1 cm thickness.
3.Now heat pan and coat it with oil.
4.Put the tikkis in pan and let it fry on medium flame till they are golden brown and have a crispy crust.
5.Invert the tikkis and put some oil on the margins and fry it in same way as in point no.4.
6.Now take the fried tikkis in plate and put pinch of salt in it.
7.Add lemon juice in it.
8.Garnish it with ginger and chopped coriander.
9.The delicious tikkis are ready to serve.
