Tomato Chutney

Tomato Chutneys is eaten with great pleasures in allmost all parts of India.It the commonest add on indian dish that goes well with rice,paratha,dosa etc.It is easy to prepare and lovely to eat.

Ingredients:

5 Tomatoes finely chopped
1 inch sliced ginger.
1 Sliced onion
1 tsp Redchilli powder
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
3 tsp oil
4-5 Curry Leave
Coriander leave
Salt to taste

Preparation
1. Heat oil in a kadai.
2. Put mustard seeds and wait until they splutter.
3. Put curry leaves and ginger fry it for 1 sec.
4. Then add the onion and fry it for few min until golden brown.
5. Put the tomato and fry well till they are cooked
6. Add the red chilli powder,Salt.
7. Garnish with coriander leave
