Masala Paratha

Masala Paratha is one of the most delicious stuffed paratha.It can be served hot with tomato chutney or tamarind chutney.

Ingredients:
2 cup Wheat flour(all purpose flour).
1 cup besan(gram flour).
1 1/2 onion.1 Carrot.
1 Capsicum.
1 Potato.
4 Green chillies.
1/2 tsp.grated ginger.
4 tsp oil.
Salt to taste.

Procedure:
1.Finely grate all the vegetables except capsicum which needs to be finely chopped.
2.Add the flours,2 tsp oil, salt and knead to a very stiff dough.
3.Do not keep the dough for long after kneading, otherwise it will become soft.This would make it difficult to roll the parathas.
4.Divide into 4 parts.
5.Roll into 5" diameter circle.
6.Shallow fry on a hot griddle (tawa) on both till golden brown using the remaining oil.
7.Serve hot with tamarind or tomato chutney.
