Onion Chutney can be served with any indian meal,and can be enjoyed with masala puris,matris etc
Ingredients:
1 cup peeled and chopped onions
4-5 cloves garlic
2 tsp channa daal (Bengal Gram)
4 red chilies
1 tsp mustard seeds
4-5 curry Leaves
1/2 tsp. tamarind paste
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Heat oil, fry chilies, daal, garlic and the onions, till golden brown.
Grind with tamarind and salt.
Heat some oil in pan and put mustard seeds and let it splutter.
Put curry leaves in it and fry for 1 sec.
Pour it over the grounded paste and mix well
