Egg bhujia is a delicious short cut recipe that is prepared in few minutes without much efforts.It goes best with hot plain parathas.
Ingredients
4 tbsp Cooking Oil
6 Boiled Egg
2 finely chopped Onions
4 finely chopped Green chilly
1 Tomato finely chopped
1/4 tsp red chilly powder
Salt to taste
Procedure:
1. Beat egg well. Add salt and chilly powder.
2. Heat oil. Add chopped onion and green chili. Fry to light golden brown.
3.Add tomato in and fry till they become soft.
4. Add beaten egg. Cook for about a minute. Stir and mix egg mixture thoroughly and fry to light brown
5. Serve hot with paratha.
