Healthy Spinach soup


Spinach soup is the healthiest of all soups and its very easy to prepare and tasty to eat.Goes real good with cheese crackers.

Ingredients:
4 cups spinach leaves
2 cups water
1 onion chopped
1 cup milk
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp fresh cream
2 tbsp butter
salt to taste
pepper as seasoning.

Procedure
1.Wash the spinach leaves and boil along with the water for 10 minutes.
2.Cool and grind it in a blender. Keep aside.
3.Heat the butter in a pan. Add the chopped onions and fry till they are transluscent.
4.Now, add all purpose flour and fry briefly on low heat for 1 min.
5.Add now the spinach puree, milk, salt and pepper and cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
6.Add the fresh cream just before serving.
7.Enjoy hot with cheese crackers.
