Poha


Poha has its origin from Maharashtra,but is enjoyed in all parts of India.Its easy and delicious snack,can be had as breakfast or evening snack.

Ingredients:
2 cups Poha(thick)
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
3 Green chillies sliced in two
1 Onions
1/2 boiled Potato
1/2 Turmeric
3-4 Curry leaves few
1 tsp lemon juice.
Salt to taste.

Procedure:
Soak Poha in 3 cups water until it beacomes soft.It usually takes 4 min.
Heat Oil in a pan season with mustard,cumin,chilli,curry leaves.
Add Onions & fry till translucent.
Add turmeric and mix well.
Add Potato and mix well.
Finally add Poha & mix gently.
Put lemon juice and mix well.
Serve hot with a cup of tea.
