This is the best morning breakfast that any one can have.This is less time consuming and a delicious breakfast.Real quick to prepare and good to eat.This when accompanied with toast and a glass of juice/cup of tea can really make your day.So try it,and if you like it,do leave a comment.
Ingredients:
2 cups boiled peas.
1 1/2 inch finely sliced ginger.
2 finely chopped green chillies.
salt to taste
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
pinch of hing.
1/4 tsp chilly powder(optional)
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
coriander finely chopped
2 tsp oil
Procedure:
1.Heat oil in pan.Put cumin seeds and hing in this.Wait till it splutter
2.Put green chillies and ginger in this and fry it for 1 min.
3.Put boiled peas in it.Fry it for 1 min.
4.Now add salt,chilly powder and stir so that masalas are well mixed.
5.Fry it for 1 min.
6.Put lemon juice and garnish it with coriander
7.Serve hot with toast and a cup of tea
