Veg Cutlet is a great evening snack enjoyed in whole India.This dish is very simple to prepare and really lovely to eat.It goes well with a cup of tea.
Ingrediants:
4 boiled and finely mashed medium sized Potatoes.
1 boiled and mashed carrot.
1/2 inch ginger finely chopped.
1 finely chopped green chilly.
Some finely chopped coriander leaves.
1/4 tsp chilly powder.
1/2 tsp Aamchur powder.
Salt to taste.
1/2 cup sabudana soaked over night2 bread mashed.
3 cup oil for frying.
Method of Preparation:
1.Take all ingrediants except oil and mix well.
2.Check if the mixture is dry enough.Because if mixture is wet then the cutlets will break in oil.
3.Now devide the mixture into 8 equal parts.Make each part in triangular shape.
4.Heat the oil in pan.
5.Oil should be hot when you place the cutlets in it.
6.First put a single cutlet in it and check if it fries without breaking.
7.If it breaks mash 1 more bread in it.
8.Now fry the cutlets until they are golden brown from both sides.
9.Serve hot with tea and tomato ketchup.
