Paratha stuffed with radish mixture.It is delicious when served with yogurt and pickle.
Ingredients:
3 cups Flour
1 1/2 cup Radish, finely grated
Coriander leaves(finely chopped)
2 chopped Green chilies
1/2 tsp. Chopped Ginger
1 tsp. Ajwain (Oregano seeds)
Salt and Chili powder according to taste
Ghee.
Procedure:
1.First of all mix together the salt and flour and rub in the Ghee(clarified butter), then add enough water to make a stiff dough.
2.Drain water from radish.Now prepare a mixture of radish and remaining ingredients together and keep aside.
3.Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a shape of puri and put the radish mixture on it.
4.Now seal the edges nicely and sprinkle a little flour and roll the paratha in a round shape.
5.Grease a tava with Ghee and place the paratha over it, when done(golden brown) on one side turn on the other side and apply Ghee again and fry properly till other side turns golden colored.
6.Serve hot with yogurt and pickle
