Paneer Paratha

Paneer Paratha is one of the most delicious stuffed paratha which goes well with yogurt and pickle and can be enjoyed with any vegetable like choley,koftey etc.

Ingredients:
The Stuffing for the Paratha:
100 gms Paneer (grated)
1 finely chopped Onion
Coriander leaves finely chopped
1/2 inch Ginger (grated)
1 green Chilies (finely chopped)
1/4 tsp red Chili powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp. Ajwain
Butter / Oil for frying

For Outer Cover
Make dough out of whole wheat flour , as you would do for any paratha/roti

Preparation:
In a bowl mix all the stuffing ingredients.
Make two chapattis of 5 inch diameter, add the filling to the one chapati and cover it with the second one.
Now roll it slightly.
Cook on a pre-heated Tawa.
Turn it and pour half tablespoon oil or butter. Spread it on the paratha and fry it over low heat.
Turn it and again pour oil or butter on the other side.Cook on a low heat till golden brown.
Serve hot with yogurt and pickle.
