Jal Jeera


Jal Jeera is most famous healthy and refreshing beverage prepared specially during summers.This is prepared using raw mango and mint leaves.

Ingredients:
2 raw mango
1 bunch mint leaves.
2 chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp asoefoetida(hing)
Salt to taste

Procedure:
1.Boil raw mangoes,and peal it off and take out its whole pulp.Keep water aside that was used for boiling it.
2.Now separate mint leaves from the bunch.
3.In grinder mix mint leaves,mango pulp,salt,cumin seeds and asoefoetida and grind it well.
4.Take this mixture out and mix it with water that was used for boiling raw mangoes in step 1.
5.Cool the mix in refrigerator for 2-3 hrs.
6.Serve chilled and enjoy in this hot summer.
